Drive will upload your folder and all its contents. In this window, select a folder to upload it to the Drive. (You can also right-click on the filename and select 'Open With.') Click Google Docs, which will open the document in Google Docs. To edit the document, double-click on the filename, then click Open With at the top of the page. From Google Drives left sidebar, select New > Folder Upload. Upload the document you want to add to Google Drive. If different people are doing this different ways and share their experiences (pros & cons) maybe we can get a little FAQ going that will give people the details on the different options, perhaps even make a sticky of it somewhere. To start, access the Google Drive site and open the folder in which you want to add your folder. Optimally, if any of you already have some kind of set up for doing this, you could tell me what you are doing and how it is working for you, and I could just try to set up the same thing that I already know will work from your experience. I'm also not sure if DropBox or Google Drive or some other service is best for this, and would welcome recommendations. Click the 'Roles' dropdown, and select the 'Remove' button to remove the user. WeTransfer is fairly professional, so in my opinion, links sent to clients look more professional than using a link from Google Drive or Dropbox. Then, right-click the file in Google Drive and select 'Share.' In the top section, youll see all the users who have access to the document and their roles. I havent paid for this software personally, so Im not sure, but 12/month is very reasonable if you are constantly sharing files. Not sure if I want to point Reaper to saving my tracks / projects / renderings to a subfolder within DropBox or Google Drive, was thinking maybe there's a way to instead have my file sharing service look to the default Reaper folder? Or maybe there's an overall better solution / set up I have not thought of. First, click the 'Share' button in the document toolbar. With Gmail, you can send attachments limited to 25MB and receive files of up to 50MB. Optimally, any files I create on Reaper would go right into a shared / synced folder. I am looking into setting up some kind of cloud file sharing, both so I can work remotely on my files, and so I can share them with others.
